I thought it was glass straws that was ordered ,not a fan of metal straws.

I never received my order and I have sent 3 emails requesting a refund and have not gotten a response. I am reporting this to the BBB

Bad customer service. Still haven't received my order from last year even though I've tried to reach out so many times. I even gave them my ordernumbers. They kept telling me to reach out to their customer service but never gave me an actual contact info nor refund my money. Iwon't recommend them.

Ube has help.me with stomach inflamation on the first week. I will continue to drink this marvelous product.

Not to happy about the wisk… the spring at the end comes of easily and can’t be replaced back on .

I haven't totally got used to it yet.
I might prefer the diameter of the tube to be a little wider.
It certainly looks very nice & I love the cleaner brush

Wonderful add on item to the order. BUT, I'm disappointed as I ordered the buy 2 get 1 free sachet and found out I was allergic to the product. Wanted to return but policy will not give me a full refund on the UNOPENED packets...so if you purchase, just buy 1 so you aren't out $ if you need to return.

I like the metal straw with cleaner. Like it should come with cleaner no matter what. I ordered metal straw with can glass thinking it will come with cleaner...nope. I do would like to know what type of metal it's made out of?
